      On OCP cluster to OCP 4.19.5 the highest version of the RHDH operator available is 1.3.1, with HELM chart i could see 1.6.3

      On OCP cluster to OCP 4.19.5 the highest version of the RHDH operator available is 1.3.1

      Expected behaviour:

      On OCP cluster to OCP 4.19.5 the highest version of the RHDH operator should be is 1.6.x
