The buildpacks build strategy example uses the "default" namespace. This namespace should not be used to execute any workload on OpenShift, as it lacks support for the security context constraint admission plugin (and other core OCP features).

As a result, the instructions have a lot of steps involving cluster RBAC that are not necessary. The procedures/steps should be reevaluated to use a namespace created by "oc new-project" or an equivalent command.
