      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Web Console: OpenShift Default Namespace Warnings

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Provide a highly visible banner if the user selects the "default" project or other OpenShift Default Namespace when interacting in the web console.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

OpenShift/Kubernetes default namespaces such as "default", "kube-system", and "openshift-infra" disable the Security Context Constraints features through the `openshift.io/run-level" label. If a customer deploys a workload in any of these namespaces, they are unknowingly disabling critical OpenShift security features.

This is especially important for web console users, who may not be familiar with OpenShift or Kubernetes security best practices.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      • OpenShift Admin Console (User Interface)
      • OpenShift Topology/Dev Console (User Interface, Developer Experience)
      • OLM
