Doc: Pipelines Usability & Customer Happiness

Scope

• Questions added to the engineering epic ODC-6696.
• I followed up with Souvik Sarkar. The supported parameter types are listed here: https://tekton.dev/docs/pipelines/pipelines/#specifying-parameters
• From the Tekton documentation, array type is highlighted in the topic. 
• From the videos posted in the engineering PRs, it seems like from the customer perspective, the expectation would be that the array type is supported and that previous behavior of the error message functioned almost like a bug with the error message. 
• If the array type support is fixed with this epic, I do not feel documentation updates are needed since this support will match user's expectations and want I see in the documentation. 
• I am adding another comment to the engineering epic. 

Engineering is targeting M2.
