Why is it important?

Acceptance criteria:

1. The pipeline & pipeline run visualizations should use the new PF pipeline package (https://topology-pipelines.surge.sh/topology-pipelines-demo-nav-link)
   • the viz should not have scrollbars
   • the mouse wheel changes the zoom factor of the PL/PLR viz
   • the viz should include the standard icons used in topology to zoom in/out/fit to screen & reset
   • at specific zoom factors, the background color of the task nodes will change to indicate the error or warning status

1. When starting a pipeline which has a param of type array, users should be able to enter an array type parameter
2. Bringing a pipeline with a param of type array into the Pipeline Builder should not error out
