Update operator documentation for inclusion of notifications support

Argo CD notifications controller is now available as an optional workload that can be enabled/disabled through `.spec.notifications.enabled` in the Argo CD CR. Enabling notifications leads to the creation of required notifications workloads including an empty secret and a dedicated configmap that contains a set of default notification templates and triggers.
