Description

As a cluster admin, I want to enable my organisation to use pipeline as code with our Git provider so that teams can following GitOps principles for maintaining the CI pipelines.

Currently, a CLI command is introduced that helps admins configure their git provider and OpenShift for use with pipeline as code:

Use Cases

• Configure the git provider (GitHub, GitLab and BitBucket) and OpenShift cluster to enable pipeline as code

Acceptance Criteria

1. As an admin, I can follow a wizard-like experience to configure OpenShift and my git provider for pipeline as code
2. GitHub, GitLab and BitBucket is supported
