Create a troubleshooting section is our documentation so that we can include the most common issues from support and create documentation

Adding the description from the main issue:

The developers maintain a GitOps Usage guide, we have a dev issue to publish this upstream. This issue captures the downstream effort to map this document with the downstream docs.
We will need to identify the missing stories, and then create separate sub tasks under this issue.
