For Pipelines 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6, remove pipelines-scc from the list of default SCCs, as it is not a default one and is available only when the Pipelines Operator is installed. In addition, include a note stating the fact that the Pipelines Operator installs `pipelines-scc`.
