Since this adds more info to the builder option, maybe it makes sense to split the YAML option of adding Pipeline into a sep module. And we have this module focusing on the Builder option.
This issue should also add an appropriate example to establish the workflow of creating a pipeline using the pipeline builder, using the appropriate input and output resources, and workspaces thus fixing this bug: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDEVDOCS-2862
