New theme added to Che 7.19 (and later to CRW 2.5.1) via these issues:
- Do not allow users to change username when logging for the first time #17265
- Add codeready user readonly theme #540
- Need to port `che-username-readonly` keycloak theme to CRW
- Username field is writable in "Update account information" form
Next step is to document how to turn this theme on/off when installing CRW 2.5.1.
