Update the RNs to reflect CodeReady Studio version 12.18.
- Bump up the versions in attributes
- Update paths that link to jira boards so that they lead to fix CRS 12.18 and JBoss Tools 4.18.0.
- Contact SME/QA to collect notable known issues/deprecated functionality/enchancements/new features that should be highlighted in the RNs
Jeff: "Please note that this release will require Java11+ to run Eclipse or CodeReady Studio as required by 2020-09" (2020-09 Eclipse IDE release)
