      There is no "Cannot terminate running Thorntail or SpringBoot tasks (crw 2.4 on OCP 4.4/Z @ PSI)" issue in "Known Issues for CodeReady Workspaces on IBM Z" list for CRW 2.4.0.

      From QE perspective of view, https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-1242 is worth to be included into official CRW 2.4.0 RN & KI.

      Update: workaround exists:

      To kill a stuck process or unterminated running task, you can reload your browser tab to reconnect the workspace.
      If that doesn't work, try stopping and restarting the workspace.
