Cannot terminate running Java tasks using openJ9 (OCP 4.4/Z @ PSI)

      To kill a stuck process or unterminated running task, you can reload your browser tab to reconnect the workspace.

      If that doesn't work, try stopping and restarting the workspace.

      After we built and ran the application, we want to terminate the run. You can either type control + c in the terminal or choose terminal--terminate task--2.run to achieve this. But the app is still running after we apply this terminating action.
      FYI, this doesn't happen on X86.

      When running Thorntail, Springboot, or in fact any openj9 8 based workspace in crw2.4 deployed on OCP 4.4/Z in PSI, I encountered the issue of not being able to terminate the run task.
