There are a couple of things to improve in Section 5.2 of the End User Guide in terms of deploying CRW 2.4 w/ oauth enabled.

      1. We need to clearly state that you have to first enable an oauth provider on the cluster or else the `--os-oauth` flag will be ignored. Could link to the OS docs like: "Enable an OAuth provider in your cluster. See Register an OAuth client in OpenShift.

      2. The whole section about how to use single-user mode should probably be removed, as single-user mode is not supported anymore.

(My notes from the ClickParty state: Per pdave@redhat.com, we can remove the notes about single-user mode os oauth from section 5.2.)

      3. Should we also provide a non-cli method for deploying CRW 2.4 with os-oauth enabled? Seems strange that we only document the OCP 3.11 / crwctl way to deploy CRW w/ OS OAuth.
