The chapter "2.1. Installing CodeReady Workspaces using the CodeReady Workspaces Operator in OpenShift 4 web console"

should mention that installing CRW can take a substantial amount of time (usually more than 5 minutes).

In the section "Procedure", step 16, this fact should be mentioned because the link appears only once the installation has succeeded.

In the section "Validation", step 11, mentions that the missing link means that the installation "has not succeeded". This is IMHO slightly confusing, because the reader might assume that the installation has failed where it might just not have finished yet.
