In the current CRW 2.1 Installation Guide, section 1.2 is Installing CodeReady Workspaces using CLI management tool.

This should be moved under section 2, Installing CodeReady Workspaces on OpenShift 3 using the Operator, so it's the first section as it's a prereq for the following steps.

While you're moving things around, please make sure that links within the IG to this section actually work. I've found one here:

which simply links to the IG document rather than to the specific section. Bad UX.
