There are a few places where we should mention that CRW on OCP 4 can be installed using the OperatorHub (it's recommended):

• Download Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces page doesn't mention that the recommended way to deploy CRW is via the OperatorHub: https://developers.redhat.com/products/codeready-workspaces/download?extIdCarryOver=true&sc_cid=7013a000002DYICAA4
• README.md file that is included in crwctl doesn't mention that on OCP 4 it would be recommended to use the OperatorHub
