a) This section should be more clearly labelled "Installing on Openshift 4 with OperatorHub”, so it's more obvious that the Openshift 3.11 approach of using deploy.sh is NOT supported for Openshift 4.

b) We should add a note about updates being done via operatorhub (not using a migrate*.sh script or manual steps, as required for CRW 1.2 on Openshift 3.
