      In order to utilize the HBI outbox topic as a potential source for re-syncs, the topic cleanup policy needs to be updated to leverage log compaction. Ideally we would also like to remove any delete policy to maintain the latest event for all unique host keys in the topic.

      The topic is maintained via Platform MQ's helm template.
