We got pinged about the kafka-connect image (in consoledot's platform-mq namespaces) not using the image from the production registry. It turns out that konflux builds are not successfully working for this repo any more.

1. Deleted & re-added the application in konflux, this triggered new PRs to be opened on the repo.
2. Merged new PRs opened on the repo by konflux
3. Fixed pull secret so builds can successfully pull from registry.redhat.io
