Currently, we have 4 levels of severity levels: Critical, Major, Warning and Info. We are changing this to Red Hat's grouping for severity to drive consistency among all RH products. The changes are as follows:  * Critical -> Critical (remains unchanged)

• Major -> Important
• Warning -> Moderate
• Info -> Low

We need to change the severity labels in the cluster history and also add a notification banner to inform the users on this change.
