Background: When roles are assigned during incidents, there is currently no direct linkage between these role assignments and in incident channel.
As an SRE, when I join or take over an incident as a [Scribe, Tech Lead, or Incident Owner], displaying corresponding role assignments in the incident channel would create better visibility & coordination during incidents
