[QE] update IQE to include email type integration

We have added the 'email' type integration in the communications tab on the integrations page. There is a new step in the wizard if user selects 'Email' it will bring up 'Configure your email integration' with a table to select recipients and then proceed with the same 'event types' and 'review' step.
