Lets add a new tab to integrations to be able to configure emails. 

Acceptance Criteria 

These conditions must be met for the epic to be considered complete. This provides a detailed definition of scope and the expected outcomes, written from a user's point of view.

1. Add integration type to Overview page and recommended content if we have it.
2. Add Email type under communications tab to the multi content card
3. Add email type in integrations dropdown
4. Add email type in integrations widget
5. Build out user access groups table for adding email type to integrations wizard
6. Add All or Admins checkbox in email type step for integrations wizard
