[TO BE CONFIRMED] Replace the static integration severity with the dynamic severity from events in PagerDuty notifications

      Users can currently select a permanent severity associated with their PagerDuty integration (see attached pic).

      We might replace the static severity with a dynamic value coming for each event. To be confirmed by PM.
