This is one of the original RFEs from OCM that led to the creation of RHCLOUD-37873. We will generalize it to all tenants.

Acceptance criteria:

• Templates from the engine module MUST NOT be updated.
• Use the beta email template feature for all changes done from this ticket. Ask glepage@redhat.com or rh-ee-gduval for guidance if needed.
• Add the severity to the OCM instant email bodies. See the slides from UXD linked in a comment below for guidance. Update the OCM template unit tests accordingly.
• After both this ticket and RHCLOUD-41538 are done, submit an updated instant email subject and body to the OCM PM and ask for their validation.
• Add the severity to the instant email bodies from all other tenants besides OCM. Keep in mind the severity is an optional field. Confirm with PM and UXD how to reflect the absence of severity in an email body (maybe it's unchanged?). Update all tests accordingly. If this ticket is too big, it's fine to split the work dedicated to everyone besides OCM to an additional Jira ticket.
• Check the templates dedicated to special environments and update them as well.
