As web-rca user I want to make handovers from slack and has ability to see AI summary while typing the Current Status Summary.

Handover slack modal:

• We will use `/rca handover` from incident channel
• We will get checkins modal with additional 1x `text` - AI Summary and 2x `text-input` - “Current Status Summary”, “What next layer needs to do”
  • I would like to reuse as much check-ins as possible here
• After clicking accept we will update check-ins + create new Event `Handover` - which will pin and create a message.
  • You will need create new event type EtHandover
  • I would add a pop up with the information that `Do you really want to make a handover and pin this message (“Show the message”) in the incident channel: “Incident-channel-name”?`

Handover notification:

• Notification will be pinned in the slack incident channel

• This are mandatory informations in the message:
• Current Status Summary
• What has been done so far (From the check-ins) (Automatic)
• What next layer needs to do 
• How to use check-ins quick info: “Use `/rca checkin` or WebRCA UI <link to check-ins>
