Currently, incidents which involve SRE-P Team are handed over between layers. We would like to have an automated message from the WebRCA which starts a "Handover" Thread or "Checks-In" on the status of the incident.

The required questions needed to be answered (for the thread or a form which tags the Tech Lead/Incident Owner if possible.)

• What next layer needs to do

Once answered, this can be pinned to the channel as well. Canvas is another way which this data can be updated directly.

This can help to improve the handover process and as well as provide regular check ins.
