      As per case 03963274, the customers are not able to see details regarding their alerts on MS Teams. This RFE is hence raised to add details to these alerts similar to the email notification. 

      The following should be added to the OCM alerts on MS Teams:

      1. Alert Severity
      2. Machine/Cluster name, pod name along with namespace
      3. Content of Alerts
      4. Runbook to resolve the alert
