currently, using the DataView within data-driven-forms requires a non-trivial amount of management of the table state within the data view. If we intend to continue using the DataView within data-driven-forms (such as on the new Add and Edit User Groups pages in RBAC UI), then creating a new reusable component for the DataView could save on time and duplication of effort.
