Enable MTLS auth for Kafka

      psavage@redhat.com received a request to enable MTLS auth for Kafka provided by Clowder. However, this presents some challenges, because MSK doesn't support MTLS, so we end up with this situation where what if a team creates an invalid clowdapp (MTLS, but MSK) etc. Also, how do we handle this across modes? One suggestion: maybe by default we offer both auth methods and let the app decide how it wants to auth?
