Description

A user who does not have Cost Management permissions might still have permissions to set up a source with a Cost Management application.

Currently, the wizard fetches the available AWS Regions from a Cost endpoint, but if the customer does not have the Cost Management permissions, then RBAC does not allow calling that endpoint.

In order to solve that, we can create an endpoint in Sources where the wizard could call, and Sources could make a service-to-service call to Cost to fetch the regions instead.
