Use stage stable cluster for hac-dev and hac-core

      Description

      HAC applications has been recently deployed to stage stable cluster so we can use the /services/insights/frontend-operator/namespaces/stage-frontends cluster to serve both hac-core and hac-dev assets

      Technical details

      We would need update to stage stable config in Akamai to change the place from which hac-core and hac-dev assets are pulled.

      The routes to change are

      • /apps/hac-core/*
      • /apps/hac-core
      • /api/plugins/hac-dev/*
      • /api/plugins/hac-dev

      The application needs to be accessed at https://console.dev.redhat.com/application-pipeline
