Description

ConsoleDot is going to remove the support for `/preview` environments from prod and staging instances. Since we only deploy to the preview or beta environments we need to start deploying to stable environment as well.

Acceptance Criteria

• Should update the chrome config to add HAC in stable environments for prod and staging.
• Should Update app SRE config to start deploying to prod stable and beta stable.
• Should add new routing rules in Akamai for both prod stable and staging stable.
