How do we 'invite' orgs to enable workspaces across the console and step them through the process of enabling them?

Note: These mocks need to be in terms of the Pinnacle data model

For inviting the user to opt-in (only qualified users will see this – ideally, RHEL admins who do not have users of products other than RHEL in their org) ...

1. As an inline alert
2. As a widget
3. As a banner

Once the user has clicked into the opt-in (above), we show them more information and allow them to accept the invitation ...

1. Option A: Show this in a modal from wherever you interacted with the invite
2. Option B: Navigate user to a landing page of sorts
