See https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCLOUD-31842 for a summary, but essentially our client releases used the 'new' NX executor we set up with esm output without releasing major revs of each client/no notification. We had to make a new executor that matched the 'old' output to all for changes to be made while we're updating js-clients. We should revert the executor to esm output and major rev each client.
