The Notifications service offers a feature which disables faulty integrations and lets the org admins know about the issue through an email notification (see picture below).

The email contains a link which used to redirect the user to the Integrations page and filter the integrations on the name of the faulty one. This no longer works with the current frontend and the integrations categories.

If we try to update that link to something that looks compatible with the current frontend, the user is not redirected to the correct category: https://console.stage.redhat.com/settings/integrations?category=Communications&name=Teams%20400

The Integrations page always shows the "Cloud" category on open, no matter which category was passed in the query params of the URL. The integrations are still filtered on the name from the query params though, leading to an empty page which can be confusing for the user.

The Notifications service needs a way to redirect an org admin from a URL (email link) to any integrations category and filter that tab on an integration name. Another approach could consist in a page showing all integrations at once (all categories), which wouldn't necessarily need to be visible as a tab in the frontend.
