Errors that may be considered "unrecoverable" can be:

• HTTP 4xx errors
• repeated 5xx errors
• other kinds of errors such as a repeated connection timeout indicating that the remote server isn't healthy/available

The Notifications connectors need the ability to return details to the engine about such errors. We'll need to include that information in the payload returned through the platform.notifications.fromcamel Kafka topic.

On the engine side, we need to implement for all connectors something similar to what we currently have in the webhook processor.
