As part of improving our understanding of user interactions within the Hybrid Cloud Console (HCC), we would like to conduct an audit of the current Pendo analytic tracking implementation. This audit aims to identify what pages, features, and events are being tracked, how they are labeled in Pendo, and where we can access this data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Objectives:

• Evaluate tracking on the HCC Home page
• Analyze tracking on Products/Services pages
• Investigate tracking of button clicks
• Examine tracking of link clicks
• Review tracking of search events
• Distinguish data specific to individual pages from aggregate data
• Assess tracking of core feature usage (e.g., navigation, search, favoriting, etc.)
• Drop-off (What can we tell about users that are taking no "Next step"?)
