In a RBAC role, I can see non-empty resorce definitions and click on them. When I do so, the resource definition(s) is/are displayed with an Edit button in the view. When I click "edit" there is a new view displayed, but no resource definitions are displayed.. 

1.go to rbac roles and find a role with permissions. Click on the role.
2. click on the resource definition count for a row. 
3.Click on "Edit"

There is nothing to edit.

The test boxes should be populated with resource defs to edit.
