As a User, I want to be able to edit existing roles created with Inventory Group resource definitions so I can easily add or remove new permissions to existing roles. 

• Add compound table header 'highlight' when hovering for the "Resource definitions" column.
• Add "Edit Role" option to the Roles page
  • Opens Edit Permissions wizard
  • Allows users to choose between "All" permissions or "Selected" permissions (only display those selected for the role).
  • Allows selections/de-selection of inventory permissions for groups and hots.
  • Remaining flow follows the same functionality as the 'create' role flow
