Summary

Cost Management will be supporting the subscriptions metered usage. This effort will also be critical to the CentOS to RHEL conversion work. The sources wizard will need to capture that a cost management source is to be used for RHEL metered usage. I expect this to impact both the regular Azure flow and the customer filtered Azure flow.

The RHEL metered usage and CentOS to RHEL conversion directly impact Red Hat revenue. It is one of the prioritized initiatives at the company level.

Technical details

We will have to update Tags, aliases and organizational units step to include learn more link, new info message and checkbox

• When rhel metering is toggled we'll set value application.extra.metered=rhel

Also the detail of RHEL source will have the learn more label and metered checkbox

Steps to change (Changed steps to change are marked with *)

1. (Select Source type) Select Azure as cloud source
2. (Name Source) Fill in name
3. (Select application) Cost Management
4. (Specify cost export scope*) When `I am OK with sending the default CUR to Cost Management` is selected new info message and new checkbox present
No changes until step 8
8. (Roles*) `Run the following command in Cloud Shell to create a Cost Management Reader role:` should be changed - nlcwong can we get the command to change in the copy component?
