Summary

Cost Management will be supporting the subscriptions metered usage. This effort will also be critical to the CentOS to RHEL conversion work. The sources wizard will need to capture that a cost management source is to be used for RHEL metered usage. I expect this to impact both the regular AWS flow and the customer filtered AWS flow.

We will have to update Tags, aliases and organizational units step to include learn more link, new info message and checkbox

• When rhel metering is toggled we'll set value application.extra.metered=rhel
