The RHOSAK team would like to offboard from the Notification service since the product is being sunset. We'll no longer be using the bundle and we'd like users to not see RHOSAK notifications settings in the Console UI for example. For this we'll like to remove the bundle all together.

As part of the offboarding, we would also like to remove the templates which are located are in https://github.com/RedHatInsights/notifications-backend/tree/master/engine/src/main/resources/templates/Rhosak and the underlying aggregators.
