WHAT
Remove the notification bundle for RHOSAK that was added as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCLOUD-22187 and MGDSTRM-5094.
We need to confirm with the notifications team that removing the bundle will remove all aspects of our notifications from the UI automatically.
WHY
RHOSAK is being retired.
HOW
Two options here:
- Reach out to the notifications team to remove the bundle
- Create a PR to remove the templates and aggregators and ping the notification team for review.
- Archive / delete the notification trigger repo and disable all the jobs defined in AppInterface
