The Chrome outputs the `main` tag below, but there doesn't appear to be a way to style it, due to CSS scoping.

In order for the PatternFly drawer component to appear sticky, you have to be able to control the "overflow" on the parent elements (i.e., the `main` tag).
Would it be possible to add "overflow: auto" to the `chr-scope__default-layout` selector? Alternatively, "max-height: 100%" would work as well.
As a workaround, both Cost Management and RHOSAK use JS to add the "overflow" style, but that's a hack.
