      The Chrome outputs the `main` tag below, but there doesn't appear to be a way to style it, due to CSS scoping.

      <main role="main" class="chr-scope__default-layout cost-management">

      In order for the PatternFly drawer component to appear sticky, you have to be able to control the "overflow" on the parent elements (i.e., the `main` tag).

      Would it be possible to add "overflow: auto" to the `chr-scope__default-layout` selector? Alternatively, "max-height: 100%" would work as well.

      As a workaround, both Cost Management and RHOSAK use JS to add the "overflow" style, but that's a hack.
