We want to control multiple scroll areas within the main content area. However the current layout prevents us from doing so. When we have any long content, it forces the main content area below past the browser window height and creates a scrollbar. 

Attempting to use CSS to limit the size isn't working because the parent nodes do not have a defined height wherein our child nodes can compute a height from.
