Each notification has now a status to inform us about their running status.

We should update the event log to include that status - previously we had a "success" boolean - but now we include the following status:

• Sent - the notification was sent to the processor - but we have no way to tell if
• Processing - The notification was sent to the processor - and we are waiting for it's response to let us know if it was a success or a failure.
• Success - The notification was successfully executed.
• Failed Internal - Something went wrong on our end or when trying to send the notification for processing
• Failed external - Something went wrong after we succesfully sent the notification for processing.
