App studio would like to support dark mode.
Dark mode opt in from console dot eventually, but maybe for now just from app studio.

We're going to be working on adding a toggle in console dot to enable dark mode globally next sprint (starts next week). Most apps probably aren't going to be ready for it so we will be hiding behind a flag. Currently, it's only going to be saved as a preference in the local storage, but there are plans to add it down the line as a user preference.
